Q. WHAT IS IAGENCY'S INTEGRATED APPROACH?

A. We believe that in order to reach the universe of people that would be interested in a particular Web site that it is necessary to deply multiple marketing disciplines, across multiple media. The iAgency team includes experts in public relations, advertising and guerrilla online marketing to offer clients every opportunity to be noticed by their target audience. We also employ integrated account managers that understand all aspects of our offerings and work with clients to pull from the expertise of each iAgency division.



Q. DO IAGENCY CLIENTS HAVE TO USE ALL OF YOUR SERVICES?

A. No. To some of our clients, iAgency is just a PR firm or their "interactive agency" of record. To others, our integrated approach allows them to entirely outsource their marketing activities to one agency, keeping consistency in messages across all media and communication vehicles.  Because each division of the agency is interdependent, a client can leverage the expertise of just one division or have confidence that an integrated program will be well organized and executed.



Q. HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR SERVICES?

A. Our fees are typically on a monthly retainer basis, based on the number of hours we estimate it will take to accomplish the goals of each campaign. As our business has evolved, however, we have identified some programs, such as specific promotions and our "site launch packages" that are priced on a per-project basis. Our advertising division charges for creative development and we earn a commission on our clients' media expenditures, like a traditional advertising agency.

A. iAgency works primarily at the crossroads of technology and entertainment, but we have also had a great deal of success for our business-to-business, commerce and consumer clients. Q. HOW DO YOU MEASURE THE RESULTS OF YOUR EFFORTS?

A. Our public relations team is judged by the number of interviews and article placements we are able to secure for our clients and our overall ability to communicate a message and shape the opinion of a target audience. In advertising, we are judged primarily on the click-through rates and click-to-sale ratio of our online advertising campaigns. Our online marketing efforts are measured by the number of linking opportunities we are able to secure for our clients and the resulting traffic generated.



Q. HOW DOES ONLINE MARKETING YIELD A RETURN ON INVESTMENT?

A. Not all online marketing is designed to yield a financial ROI. Many of our clients use iAgency to increase form registrations and product downloads, or simply to conduct online research, to establish a brand online or to extend the public relations message to Internet audiences.
