**Two New Conferences Added**
Two new 2-day conferences have been added to the event and will kick off the CGDC on Friday, April 25. The Managing Game Development Conference will focus on processes and strategies to keep every member of the team functioning at maximum creativity and synergy while staying focused on getting games done on time and on budget. During the Game Marketing & Distribution Conference, experts from Berkeley Systems, Papyrus, Electronic Arts, Mattel Media and others will share their skills and insights on how to integrate marketing programs with the development process, get more shelf space and reach new markets.
**Re-structured Conference Tracks**
Over 250 updated classes in the CGDC "Classic Conference" delve deep into every aspect of game development: our conference tracks address Game Design, Programming, Production, Visual Arts, Audio and Business & Legal.
**More In-Depth All-Day Tutorials Added**
One-day tutorials include Alias PowerAnimator, Programming Games Under Windows95, Java Programming for Games, Game Theory for Interactive Writers and DeBabelizer. Two-day tutorials, another new CGDC feature, will cover SoftImage, 3D Studio Max and Advanced Lingo Programming for Director.
**Speaker and Topic Highlights**
Among the hottest industry topics in the game development community this year are technology and business models of the new online games services, 3D tools and hardware and multi-platform product development.
