BACKSTAGE INTERNET BROADCAST
HTTP://WWW.LIVEONTHENET.COM
DURING TONIGHTS AWARDS SHOW

REVNET SYSTEMS AND TRAVELLER
TO DELIVER FIRST-EVER
TARGETED REAL-TIME EMAIL NEWS TO FANS

HUNTSVILLE, AL (September 23, 1998) 32nd Annual Country Music Awards (CMA) will feature a live backstage Internet Broadcast (http://www.liveonthenet.com) beginning at 3:00PM Central. Traveller Multimedia Network (http://www.liveonthenet.com) in conjunction with Revnet Systems, Inc. (http://www.revnet.com), the leading North American database driven email management firm, will deliver the first-ever focused and targeted real-time email news, celebrity interviews and live updates from the show to country music fans.

Jeff Green, Senior Director of International and New Business Development for CMA, comments: "We're thrilled to be working with Traveller on this second webcast. We have so much planned and expect a lot of fans to visit the site and watch all of the back stage activities over the Internet."

Huntsville-based Traveller, who is managing the CMA webcast, is determined to provide fans with all the country music news they can handle. To accomplish this they enlisted Revnet's database-enabled email list management technology, UnityMail, to deliver up-to-the-minute country music information.

Traveller and Revnet will also offer a fan list service to all webcast viewers who sign up for the CMA Watch and Win Contest. Participating fans will be added to the UnityMail database, which will continue to deliver Country Music related news as it happens.

Traveller President Tim Erwin says: "Revnet's UnityMail was the only choice that made sense to meet our targeted message delivery requirements. Revnet's progressive technology is exactly what we need for successful focused, personalized outreach to the fans."

Revnet is an Internet software development firm that specializes in email marketing and list management products and services. Revnet was the first vendor to market a relational database-compatible email list server, introduced the first web-enabled list server, was the first to deploy a U.S. field sales force, and the first to open an European sales and distribution office. Revnet's product line includes UnityMail, the industry's first commercial database-driven email list manager for Windows NT. Browser-managed and designed for ease-of-use by marketing and other non-technical staff, UnityMail is used around the world by corporations needing targeted email in their marketing, customer relations, support and other communication tasks.
