MAILKING 2.0 PREMIERES
AT INTERNET WORLD NEW YORK
Powerful email list manager
for the Windows desktop

NEW YORK, NY (October 7, 1998) Revnet Systems, Inc. (www.revnet.com), the leading North American e-mail list management products and services firm, today announced the launch of MailKing 2.0. The enhanced technology, introduced at Internet World New York (Booth No. 3334), provides electronic marketing executives with such tools as the ability to send personalized e-mail with conditional content. Marketing managers using this desktop PC program can customize messages so that if the first name field is missing from contact data, letters can be addressed generically.

MailKing 2.0 is a low-cost, add-on tool for broadcasting personalized e-mail from a desktop PC using data from standard databases. More features include: data filtering, dial-up Internet access and personalized messages. MailKing's e-mail delivery engine is based on technology used by Revnet for its high-performance, server-based e-mail list management systems. There are no restrictions on the number of messages that can be sent or the number of lists, and any information can be personalized.

Revnet President Stuart Obermann states, "E-commerce is rapidly becoming an indispensable part of all companies' sales strategy. Revnet is dedicated to providing e-mail marketing tools that are both cost-effective and time-saving for business. This inexpensive tool should be a part of any small-office/home-office (SOHO) operation doing business on the Internet. MailKing 2.0, with its new features, will give Internet marketers the edge in their campaigns. Marketers are now able to craft e-mail messages with conditional content, and they will benefit from MailKing 2.0's performance enhancements." MailKing 2.0 has a campaign feature that allows electronic marketing executives to prepare and create e-mail for sending at a later time. Offline sending of messages frees up the PC for other application processing. Other benefits of MailKing 2.0 include: rapid sending of non-personalized e-mail, a "sent box" check to make sure users don't accidentally send the same message to the same contact more than once, and advanced free-form filter functions for more flexibility when filtering maillists. Demo disks and on-line downloads of MailKing 2.0 are available November 1.
