WITH THE ACQUISITION OF LA BASED <TAG> MEDIA New York City, July 27, 1998 - Razorfish, Inc., a strategic digital communications company, announced today the further expansion of its global operations with the imminent purchase of Los Angeles-based <tag> media. Razorfish will acquire 100% of the assets of <tag>, to further solidifying its position as the leader in Digital Change Management (TM) solutions.
