BECOMES FOCAL POINT ON TALKSPOT.COM SEATTLE, WASH. (SEPT. 11, 1998) -- TalkSpot posted Independent Counsel Ken Starr's report today at http://www.talkspot.com, spawning a flurry of interaction between program hosts and listeners of the new online broadcaster. TalkSpot, which will officially launch next month, delivers a new medium of news and entertainment, combining Internet interactivity with the topic-based content of radio. TalkSpot, officially launching in October, will deliver three channels of high impact programming 24 hours a day, seven days a week on the Internet. TalkSpot is the first service to be announced by WorldStream Communications. WorldStream Communications was founded in November, 1997 by Ken Williams, and Jerry Bowerman. Mr. Williams is the former CEO and co-founder of Sierra On-Line Inc., a leading global publisher of consumer software. Mr. Bowerman was executive vice president of product development and marketing at Sierra. CUC International acquired Sierra, after eight years as a public company, in July 1996.
