SPECIAL WEB SITE PARTY TO BE HELD
FOR SECOND NETWORK RUN OF FINALE EPISODE
ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT 8PM EST, 7 CENTRAL ON NBC.

(BURBANK, CALIF. - Sunday, May 17, 1998) - During the 72 hours from the end of the last episode of "Seinfeld," the Web population spoke, voting 70% to 30% that the "Seinfeld" gang of friends were innocent of the show-ending charges. Over the three days, over 141,000 people voted in the web poll. Thursday night, the final episode of "Seinfeld" ended with Jerry, Elaine, George and Kramer sitting in a jail cell with a one-year sentence for not helping a carjack victim. Following the last episode of "Seinfeld," the official Web site of the show located at http://www.seinfeld.com, conducted a viewer poll to determine if the online audience thought the four characters were guilty or innocent of the charges.

This week the seinfeld.com site will once again become the center of everything "Seinfeld" as the site hosts a fan chat party, as they watch the second airing of the "Seinfeld" finale, which will run on the NBC Network Wednesday night (5/20/98) at 8PM, 7PM Central. In addition, new content being added to the site this week will include a lesson on how to do the Kramer slide, one of the popular character's special entrances. The site also features a "Genius Envy" challenge to fans to answer the question: "What is Jerry's name translated into Hindi," and fans can compete for special prizes by answering "Seinfeld" trivia questions (a list of this week's questions is below).

The seinfeld.com site is as huge a success on the Internet as the television show upon which it is based. In the first week since its launch on the Web, the site delivered over 20,000,000 hits, which interprets into almost 7,000,000 page views. The site will remain on the Web long past the conclusion of the show with content being updated every week including the latest details of Jerry Seinfeld's stand-up comedy tour this summer, his HBO special, upcoming books, future projects and personal appearances by the popular comedian.

THIS WEEK'S SEINFELD POLL FROM SEINFELD.COM, THE OFFICIAL SEINFELD WEB SITE. WINNERS RECEIVE A SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION POSTER DESIGNED FOR THE LAST EPISODE OF "SEINFELD."
