ON THE WEB, SEINFELD IS A BIGGER MONSTER
THAN "GODZILLA" AND SINKS "TITANIC"

(BURBANK, CALIF - June 16, 1998) - Warner Bros. Online's "Seinfeld.com" site was visited by over 840,000 unique users in May, topping the numbers for Sony's monster "Godzilla" site (572,000 users) and Paramount's "Titanic" site, which finally hit its seinfeld.com iceberg and did not even register in May after appearing for four months in the web ratings. These ratings are from Relevant Knowledge, one of the leading providers of online rating information. The numbers, reflecting non-duplicated unique visitors to each site, helped Warner Bros. Online capture the #1 position in the ranking of all entertainment sites on the World Wide Web, passing Sony Online and Disney.com in the monthly ratings.

Traffic to Seinfeld.com, located at http://www.seinfeld.com, accounted for approximately 30% of all traffic to any Seinfeld content on the Web during the week of the show's last original broadcast in May, according to the Relevant Knowledge rating service. Not just a promotional site, Seinfeld.com is a true brand extension and has been satisfying hungry fans suffering from "Seinfeld withdrawal syndrome" ever since the conclusion of the series. In the first week since its launch on the Web, the site delivered over 20,000,000 hits, which interprets into almost 7,000,000 page views. The site continues to be immensely popular on its own, with content being updated every week including the latest details of Jerry Seinfeld's stand-up comedy tour this summer, his HBO special, upcoming books, future projects and personal appearances by the popular comedian. Other highlights include a number of "Seinfeld"-based games, a lesson on how to do many of Kramer's famous entries into Jerry's apartment, and a "Genius Envy" challenge to fans who compete for special prizes by answering "Seinfeld" trivia questions. In addition, the site also features a special "Seinfeld" search feature that allows visitors to travel through the Internet, looking at the widest collection of Jerry sites, Elaine sites, Kramer sites, George sites, or general "Seinfeld" sites.

Warner Bros. Online, a division of Time Warner Entertainment Company, is focused on producing entertainment programming for the Internet and commercial online services, with sites accessible through the World Wide Web at http://www.warnerbros.com.
